Employee Care Fund

The Employee Care Fund (ECF) is a cornerstone of the Invited Foundation’s mission to support employees during times of hardship due to illness, injury, death, fire or other catastrophic events. Since 2007, nearly 8,000 employees have received financial help through this fund. ECF funds can help assist during hardships due to illness, injury, death, fire or other catastrophic events.

When you contribute to the ECF, you're directly supporting the familiar faces who make your club experience memorable - from the server who knows your dinner order by heart to the Member Experience Director who greets you by name, to countless others who create magic moments at the club. Every donation truly makes an impact by providing financial assistance to Invited employees during times of need.

  • An employee had complications from diabetes and needed surgery. Hospital bills made it challenging to pay living expenses. The ECF grant helped pay rent to avoid eviction and utility bills.
  • An employee's spouse passed away after a long battle with cancer. Assistance was provided to pay funeral expenses.
  • Due to a domestic situation, an employee needed assistance getting a new apartment to flee an abusive relationship. The ECF provided funding to assist with moving, transportation, food and clothing.
  • A fire destroyed an employee's home, leaving the family displaced. The ECF assisted with mortgage payments, as well as helping provide for necessities after the fire.
